Our apartments can only be booked for accommodation.
If you wish to book an apartment for an event (birthday, bachelor party or other similar event), you must inform the hotel in advance.
Rules for groups, stag parties and similar parties.
1) non-life collateral payment must be paid on arrival. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the group. The amount is paid by credit card or cash. The amount will be repaid to you on the day of departure. The deposit will be refunded in full after an approved post-inspection of the property.
2) final cleaning the fee is 150 EUR per apartment. And you have to wash the dishes and take out the trash when you leave the apartment. However, the customer must maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during the stay and, by the time of delivery, restore the apartment or room to a condition that corresponds to the time of reception. In addition to maintaining the general level of cleanliness in the apartments, the customer is responsible for washing dishes, taking rubbish, emptying the refrigerator, removing the biggest stains and dirt, turning off lights, locking doors and closing windows. An additional fee of€ 50 is charged separately for unwashed containers,€ 50 for unspoilt bins and€50 for unspoilt refrigerators.
If no departure cleaning has been ordered, the customer must take care of the departure cleaning. We require that cleaning is taken care of e.g. the following: taking rubbish, vacuuming and washing floors, washing dishes (and emptying the dishwasher), washing the washroom and toilet facilities, removing stains and dirt, and taking furniture and other items into place. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found in the apartment.
3) special cleaning. The lessor has the right to charge the costs of special cleaning and any broken furniture, dishes or equipment according to the actual costs incurred. Special cleaning means e.g. special cleaning of furniture, washing of carpets or special cleaning or painting of fixed parts of the property due to the customer's stay at the site.
4) other matters of note
Guests are obliged to observe silence in the area between 22-07, during which all noise and other disturbances are strictly prohibited. If the customer causes disturbance or danger at the property for existing customers, the hotel clerk has the right to terminate the tenancy after one notice immediately. In this case, the guests will have to surrender the apartment immediately and will not have the right to demand a refund of the fees they have paid for the accommodation. We also reserve the right to charge the guest who made the booking and caused the disturbance a fee of EUR 500 in these cases.
Tobacco it is prohibited in all indoor (apartments). An additional fee of EUR 1,000 is charged for unauthorised smoking inside.
Compensation for damages. The customer is obliged to compensate to the property or the damage it has caused to movable property.
